The CRO in question is a world class outfit, according to Jane Harness. IPIX is not. Burden of proof falls to Leo to show that IPIX is in the right. But that will never happen. Most optimistic view is that Leo was so inexperienced with these matters, he made a honest yet naive mistake with the CRO.
