Here is something curious. According to Senti's calculations there were 41 met+ and 28 met- alive who at 3/17 were less than 36 months on trial. 56 met+ eventing before 36 months and 41 met+ alive before 36 months means that 34 met+ patients passed the 36 months mark (131-56-41=34). Similarly 121 met- eventing before 36 months and 28 met- alive before 36 months means that 13 met- made it past 36 months at 3/17 (162-121-28). With the 6 patients of the 38 who you believe passed the 36 months time line we would have a total of 53 patients (34+13+6=53) living beyond 36 months.
53 is 9 patients more than the 44 cited in the publication.

You forget the 4 methylated+ LTFU patients and the 5 methylated- LTFU.

Calculation:

131 (methylated+ patients) - 56 (died before 36 months) – 41(still alive) - 4 (LTFU)= 30

162 (methylated- patients) - 121 (died before 36 months) -28 (still alive) - 5 (LTFU)= 8

6 patients of the “unknown group”.

30 + 8 + 6 = 44
