Yeah the AS is being reduced based on what was communicated by the company. The one thing I will keep an eye on will be the shares issued to acquire the rest of Bellissima and BiVi.
After that, I hope to hear about this new venture and partnership that are going to take place with a globally positioned company.
Exciting time for ICNB especially with no debt and so much cash to soon be on hand. Also don’t let me forget the time of year where the company is expected to sell some great product.
