I don't think they will ever change that wording, they are Engineers, Chemists and Scientists.

Qualcomm did not ever claim to have developed a CDMA chip, they developed CDMA technology because it was all encompassing, it was a platform not a device.

This is described in the same way because it is a platform for the design and production of many different devices ( batteries ) for different applications.

So in their profile for this Solar show, they claim to be looking for distributors...of what ? Of their ideas ?

Ensuring an end to end design , manufacturing, sales and distribution chain may be the only way NEAH/XNRGI can get a manufacturer to bite on taking the risk and cost of making an initial run of batteries.

I read this as they have a viable design.
They have a manufacturer lined up, but maybe with caveats.
They need a distributor, hence sales, marketing and distribution to line up a customer or customers.

Its too bad we do not get to see their booth.
