That is one thing. But if we want to see $3 by year end (and I do) then we need a big contract.

Dan said they want to repay the Garrett loan from cash flow but he wasn't sure if they can. That's $6M plus 2x $2M cash dividends plus the ECAB debt they have to take care of.

We can't be sure what they are planning for AF3. Some cash flow will come from the TRW trade division. But they usually convert these ponds during the winter season which means there should be a contract by November. And it will be 3G ODRAS. TRW doesn't have any money, do they? So it has to be a cooperative contract.

4.3M shares have been issued since the last conference call.

1) they have to pay the cash dividend in december
2) even if they raise the A/S today, it will take at least 4 weeks to become effective.
3) if they were planning to issue more shares, they should have raised the A/S weeks/months ago.

Conclusion. If they raise the A/S then the stock is dead. The market has no other option than to conclude that the company is a fraud and Solomon a crook. If SIAF is a fraud, then TRW is a fraud.

I wonder how much these idiots are even aware of it. And I don't really see the problem. TRW can repay some debt, even if it is just a couple of mil.

So the next question is, can they announce the end of dilution, and how? I think there should be a way.
