The 0.55 cent batch could have been negotiated since a long time ago, so technically they could have that $15M loan already, (only 1 million by now, which isn’t much), I mean if they stop the dilution now which they should since they maxed the A/S already, then I can’t see why the stock should go down much after the distribution with this share price. The end of dilution is the only thing this stock needs in order to go up, and I think it makes perfect sense because I can’t see these guys give out TRW and still be printing shares after it, at least not since they said they would stop mid Q4.
