sooner if they announce a buyback, but that is risky if the purpose is to support the PPS

Not only risky but deadly, IMO. It would take them 6 months to repurchase 900k shares which they issued in a single day recently. This will haunt us for the next 12 months if they decide to do share buybacks now. Best wait at least a year with this and use it to reinforce the growth story (if we have CA contracts by then).
