What is the risk when you confirm the end of dilution?(buyback program)

The risk lies in that the market then will expect SIAF to do a LOT of buybacks and then be disappointed.

However, if they end dilution, shows us that they have control of finances, and we still have the cash dividend and a low PPS (hence a high yield) then they could do a buyback.
