It’s highly doubtful “street price” would be involved *IF* 480 devices were sold.

Even if street price was sold at 480 devices, that revenue doesn’t even cover the salary, bonus, insurance and car expenses Yazbeck awards himself.

It’s unlikely they’re going to have the entire group all at once use the device. To keep costs down, they will likely stagger the usage.....meaning a single device will probably be used by three or four different individuals.
