Sonam, I think it's highly unlikely the court turns AMRN away without a pathway to resolution. Chief Judge Prost expressed her concerns about AMRN having no where to turn at oral arguments. I think this would be a very interesting case for the SC. That said, with a 25%+ RRR the FDA will be forced to address the issue sooner rather than later. I will not be surprised if we win.
