I'm in agreement with this line of thinking and it's likely why we are waiting for it to close. In addition, we may also be waiting on that FDA meeting for a better idea of what's required for the Brilacidin OM ph3.
Yup, my guess is that BTD verdict will probably affect how much BP is willing to pay upfront.
Yes it might affect milestone payments because BTD affects approval requirements and speed and thus B-OM development costs.
The BP is certainly diving into the data, for many reasons. They'll be double checking PK/PD and all other physiological factors, as well as efficacy results. It's no doubt essentially an audit of our clinical trials.
