Assuming that the term sheet is signed and still in discussion - it is crazy to assume that BP has not looked at the data in last 9 months

The term sheet contains 2 indications for B and data was already available when the CDA were invited. The data room would have that data from day 1 - without such data BP will just walk away - the co is so tiny that without trial data there is nothing to analyze. To think that it takes 9 months to look at the data is crazy.

IMO - If at all - the only remaining BP will be looking at whether to spend the money on it or not. The DD would have been completed long time back.
