How come? Without the cash dividend policy announcement we would have traded way lower - at least it did halt the decline in PPS for a while.

Of course, the PPS might take a severe hit if they don't follow through, but - as I've stated before - all hell should break loose (i.e Nisse and Dan might be held personally accountable) if they don't follow through
