Not so sure.I think he was against dividends at this time and obviously he was right.50M O/S now!
In the meantime I'm hearing that the Chinese government has tightened capital controls even more lately leading to some European companies relying on Chinese investors going bankrupt(Cobalt Airlines the latest one)
So I wouldn't be surprised if Solomon has to, or finds an excuse to, postpone the dividend.
