Anyhow, they should announce the cash dividend ASAP instead of delaying it.

Perhaps it is a better plan to convince us that they will be cash flow positive (either by showing us a CA contract or otherwise) and only then announce the cash dividend.

They might plan on putting it in the Q3-filing instead of issue a PR about it...

And where did you get this from? Cash dividends are always announced in a press release AFAIK.

ks Perhaps they put off declaring a cash dividend until there is cash to pay it? Perhaps that is a good idea?
