I wonder what was the point of the dividend and any future ones?

Most of us bought into this stock as a growth story. That clearly has not materialised and absent financing it's not clear it will every happen. I still hope Triway will be a success but for now it has become more of an income play for me, and without dividends I would be long gone as I suspect many others would too.

Besides an imploding PPS, disgruntled shareholders threating to sue, and Garret & co pushing for it?
