I agree wholeheartedly with your post.

In fact, I have a hunch - completely unsubstantiated speculation - that Canopy went with ebbu because Lexaria's IP was already indirectly "spoken for", so to speak, once Aurora took control of Hempco... I think Canopy perhaps might've been late to the game there... (Or maybe Aurora was super clever... Who knows.) But, ultimately, that's all neither here nor there.

What is an interesting/exciting possibility is that we might not have gotten any news from Lexaria about a "big deal" in the cannabis space - to all our collective befuddlement and frustration - because they've been asked to keep things on the DL until Aurora (supposing this theory is right) is ready to PR something about it.

Now wouldn't that turn out to be something...!?
