Did you ever read the 23rd civil court ruling that EXPLICITLY said that JL had nothing to do with C 1912-2001 or the injunction.....thus had no business filing the lawsuit? Please explain.

Hey YKR can you please explain to me why for 20 years Barrick tried to lift the injunction and have failed. They finally managed to lift it or JL allowed it to be lifted and now they have left Chile. WHO WON?????
