...It feels more like everyone high fived for getting the Brit whale.

If I had lost as much as some people here claim on the P5 debacle, I can say I would not rest for a second until justice was served, no matter how long it took.

But here it's just a passing thought now and then. Hmmm.

Well then, you'd be pleased to know that Woodford went a step further from Elliott Leary and actually hired Louie Freeh, for whom Elliott Leary worked, to...

"provide risk management services to us in relation to our investment in Northwest Bio.

He [Woodford] said Freeh will ‘provide risk management services to us in relation to our investment in Northwest Bio’.

Woodford also said he believed Leary’s ‘skills are especially suited to the situation of the company in relation to the various allegations of financial improprieties and regulatory failure that have been published by at least one anonymous source.’"

Additionally, Woodford hired David Kelley, a New York lawyer with a reputation as the "scourge of the Mafia" and other corporate criminals. According to the above linked article, his CV included prosecuting murder and racketeering cases involving each of NY's infamous five families of the Cosa Nostra.

The investigation set in train by Woodford should reveal whether Powers has indeed been at fault — or whether, as she insists, she has been a blameless victim of rapacious short-sellers intent on bringing down Northwest for their own profit.

Wouldn't you think if anyone were going to dig up some salacious material on LP, it would be these two guys?

And yet... crickets. Nothing appears to have come of that - certainly nothing Woodford has made public. And there sits Neil Woodford not selling any of his 26 million shares.

lol
