But as fabius just laid out WeeZuhl, Boyd has 3 different accounts holding IPCI shares and IPCI's new $14M offering filing earlier this week clearly stated that Boyd was going to be 1 of the participants in this weeks new offering.

So you may be 100% right about him lowering his position by selling approx. 300k shares(didn't do the exact math), but he could've also been increasing his position in the other 2 accounts if he was in fact 1 of the participants in IPCI's $14M offering could he not?
