bond-007, hope you are correct but the Judge did speak during the hearing for them to appeal to (I believe) the ninth circuit she would have to endorse and made it clear a couple of times that she would NOT endorse this appeal effectively grounding the appeal which begs the question why did she NOT just hand down the proper decision and end this Schrade?
