I was around when the first release of VertVille plans were announced 3 years ago and quickly withdrawn from the web (Google Doc). It is a great plan and taking the time to do it right is the correct move in my opinion. This detour we are on is like a swift kick in the nuts. I understand why the suit is happening, standard practice for major investors seeing a stock hit the Grey Market. When all the dust settles, I just hope I own Shares to PixelMags aka. (The Hunted).
