It was to give them time to file an appeal on an issue that the district court has already ruled on, she is leaving the bond and any further stay up to the district court, I suspect there appeal will be dismissed without hearing. That is why THJMW stated it futile...

See they are presenting it as an appeal but its more like a motion for reconsideration and both avenues are time bared...

Correlation between Nationstar PPS <===> 30-year mortgage interest rate

The correlation between both charts is stunning. Only in 2015 NSM dropped while the interest rate went up sharply. And also NSM/Mr. Cooper Group didn't follow the latest rise in interest rates. Will Mr. Cooper Group rise rapidly after the firts 10-Q?

NOTE: The interest rate today is above the value in 2013 when NSM was above $56, but today Mr. Cooper Group (COOP) is only at $14.x with almost the same share structure that NSM had in 2013.

Your post:

Made the same case a couple weeks ago for a similar run with COOP. It could even happen more rapidly and go higher due to the better position COOP is in.

On the topic of JMW's decision on the employee claims, what was the purpose of the 21 day stay on distributions and is it significant?
