I have had friends go spend a month or two in Vietnam and say it’s been the best place to hang... overseas
And my opinion is Vietnamese cuisine is amazing....
like of the Latin world Mexican food is the bomb.... of course I like a good Argentinian steak or a good Cuban dish; but day in and day out Mexican food rules! Carne Asada, Pasole, Civiche, Mole, and list goes on....
Well Vietnamese cuisine is the same of the Asian world.... seriously!
If someone was to concoct an Asian fusion restaurant in the US - I seriously recommend they study their culinary arts down to their sauces and marinades!
Don’t get me wrong I love Thai but heat, curry and peanut sauce only goes so far... but nothing compared to Vietnamese!
Sorry I’m a foodie with a 150k aperture between my pelvis and my rib cage...... lol
