Mark Smith who has been in the mining industry for 36+ yrs. has said quite recently - that he has never seen a Greenfield startup junior mining company, that is as de-risked as the Elk Creek Project at this stage! almost all the boxes are ticked off...there's no more to say.

I believe there has to be an enormous amount of strategy going on behind the scenes...but, I'm burning brain cells here trying to reconcile how in hell we can be sitting at $0.46 with a project so derisked and $3+ billion bucks locked down in offtake agreements for 10+10 yrs.? SMH

Of course but it seems to be a very favorable contract for NioCorp. Sorry if I overlooked it, is Traxys already marketing Sc or are they expanding their footprint? Since Traxys selected two sectors I would assume they already have customers.

I know some are surprised the stock didn't move up more, but investors were expecting a contract of some sort by now. It was priced in.
