The contract between NIOBF and Traxys is only "binding" if NioCorp receives financing to build the mine. But, I agree, the share price should be higher than where it currently sits.

The contract presupposes the Company securing project financing, obtaining all necessary approvals, and constructing a mine and processing facility at Elk Creek.

Rule #1 is never lose money.

Rule #2 is never forget Rule #1.
