What does their litigation have to do with management's 5 years of broken promises to earn money from cell phone manufacturers?

MAXD lost its lawsuit against Google a long time ago. Claiming that MAXD suddenly can sell more after it lost in court is completely crazy.

MAXD currently is not a plaintiff in ANY court cases.

MAXD currently is a defendant on TWO court cases:

1. MAXD owes Google $820,000
2. MAXD owes their former lawyers legal fees

Even you admitted that Halpern was making no sense when you talked to him. And you make no sense when you imply that being on the bad end of lawsuits is good for MAXD shareholders.

Well according to the video Halpern released a couple weeks ago, they have been bogged down in litigation the last few years. Maybe they see a positive ending in the court cases and will bring news on many fronts all at once next week. That’s how you squeeze your way out of sub penny land.
