Yes I understand this, but the LT argued that the judge should rule to allow the LT to settle with the employees. I am listening to the recording again now and Walrath kept referring to the decision by the upper court.

Rosie argued that in the past, Walrath allowed the settlement to which she replied that it was before judge Sleet overruled.
