As usual, anyone hoping for "shorts" to save them from losing money on MAXD are going to be disappointed.

the impact on the pps will be much much more stronger with all the shorts out on this stock !

Google will not "settle" with MAXD, it doesn't need any of the $820,000 which MAXD owes Google.

Google will not stop until MAXD pays the full $820,000, or MAXD is bankrupt.

Google is suing MaxD to recover on its judgment. Google won the RICO case, and is moving for the dismissal of the trade secrets case launched by Attia. Google and Vedanti are in an appeal, which won’t be decided until next year and can’t be settled.

Anytime Google and Qualcom are mentioned in conjunction with a sub penny stock I like the odds here...
