If current "sole director" was guilty as you claim why wasn't he charged when all the other people were? I doubt the Justice Department would miss a guilty CFO. He wouldn't have avoided prosecution if he did something wrong, and based on the information you posted (frequently) -- it doesn't appear he had anything to do with the problems you are posting:
