Fast onset, lower duration, similar to what we expect from alcohol.

While necessary these are not sufficient to pin the proverbial tail on the LXX technology donkey, so to speak - it would seem there are a number of ways of accomplishing these two.

What I haven't heard touted (yet) from the likes of Canopy, for instance - whose CEO has publicly remarked has the means to develop canna-beverages with these attributes - is taste-masking and bioavailability (i.e., lower dosage to achieve same effect). I, personally, have been on the lookout for those [as well] when it comes to reading between the lines and feeling like I'm on to something with a greater degree of conviction.

All that said, "wouldn't be great" - Aurora & Lexaria...? Of course it would.

Many many opportunities out there... Fingers remain tightly crossed.
