lol, what is it with everyone shooting the messenger? To not be worried, cautious, or at the very least informed about any lawsuits is a pretty stupid investment strategy.
Take the info and add it to your personal investment story. That might mean dismiss it for some or sell their holding for others. Personally I don't have a dog in your investment fight, I only care about my money and my story. So do what ever you want.
Constantly attacking people for posting something however ,that others might not like to hear, or even find irrelevant, is hurting us all because it will stop people sharing info in some instances and I do have a dog in that investment fight, my money.
So lay off the personal attacks everyone and the name calling and just ignore it because that's your choice. Just don't start bashing posters on here because then you're messing with my investment story and that's not right!
