I just closed on a second home in Georgia. I won't own it until the mortgage is paid off. Until then, the bank owns it. The house I live in now is paid off so I own this one.

Consider the promissory note that Dufort signed for those 85M shares as a mortgage. If he doesn't make his payments the owner of those shares can foreclose. And I don't see how he can make those payments.

If he owned them he would have sold them by now. He doesn’t own them. Smoke and mirrors is Dufort’s mode of operation.
