CRTG senseless to argue! How else could they be selling or developing this stuff palsie? Don't you think there would be a lawsuit against CRTG if the Patenting party got wind of them selling w/o some kind of an agreement already in place? I guess the bargain is to continue the work on the basic CHS since it has already has gone this far! But who knows?
