The only thing that keep me sane is knowing that Jeff Roman is on board and both Company's are saying consistent things.

Actually, there are plenty of reason s to think otherwise. They put out about 80 PRs in 3 months!! Is there really that much happening here?

- They PRd the set up of a finance division. That is over and not going to happen.
- They PRd about opening 6 new offices (about 3 months ago) and they still only have two.
- They PRd that they have a relationship with eliftruck and will begin listing their 6,000+ inventory on eBay ... that was acouple months ago... why no update?
- They PRd about partnerships with AutoNation, CarMax and Asbury Automotive LOL!!! Where is any of that??
- They postponed the split the 1st time at the very last hour and gave no reason.
- They couldn't figure whether they were acquiring a company or mergin with one
- They can't get it straight - are they done with the merger and awaiting state paperwork or are they still doing DD?
- They NEVER gave accurate share info, it was always either only the float or only the OS and the numbers never made any sense (eg; float was often bigger than OS)
- They diluted the pants off the stock, starting with an OS of 5 million and moving to an OS of 1.2 Billion... that is significantly more than the result of a 10:1 forward split AND quite a bit more than any of the dilution anybody said was acceptable (remember: the initial 5 million OS went to a 7 million float which somehow split into 220 million... and people here were OK with that... now therer are 1.2 BILLION shares in the OS)

I'm sure there's more but I'm tired from listing all this and I think you get the idea.

All that -- and all anybody wants is for them complet e a merger with a private company that almost nobody has even heard of until this stock started trading.
