I'm curious as to why OTCMarkets would post those numbers though? Wouldn't either the TA or the company be the ones to show those restricted and unrestricted amounts? Also, Looking at the last 10Q in 2016 shows 67,397,975 outstanding. It would definitely be nice to see some filings come through in the near future~


btw...that's odd that updated again on the 12th when it was just updated on the 9th.
