not at all, this dude was Fouch's level 3 wipe boy, not even a first choice thief, but, the whole group are just pump and dump wastes of life. they haven't mattered since APS was busted, lifetime thieves, lifetime losers...someone might take over the shell, then 1000 for 1 RS and try again, not uncommon...
