bailosellhai, I won't speak for Sugarmade, but I'm going to email the Company Monday and see if they could hold a shareholders conference call, I feel that would be the best thing Mr. Chan could do for the shareholders, who knows a lot of questions may be answered with the upcoming 10K and 1 Quarter 10Q. I don't think Mr. Chan will screwup his staffs nor his money either by screwing this opportunity up.

Usually a restriction for shares for a PP is 1 yr....OR … 2yrs. and sometimes not until you can get an opinion by a lawyer before they become unrestricted!!!
