1a. Is that for Sugarmade's new shares or for the receiving entity if they use shares to purchase a company?
2. They WILL sell shares on the market to raise capital, just not all of it. Acquisitions will most likely be a combination of Cash and Shares, however they prefer all share deals.
3. Drop will come, IMO, for two reasons. Investors emotions and the fear of dilution, as well as the fact that their will be some dilution.
4. I don't know how much, MAYBE a drop back to .08s (I hope) or a drop lower? (I REALLY HOPE). Maybe hardly a drop below .10 because the Financials come out and look good.
