***PERFECT SUMMARY of TREP VS IRS.*** First off congratulations to anyone savvy enough to read the court filings and actually put some research into their investment. It is safe to say us in the know have always known about these "ALTER EGOS". "Read those filings folks"

In fact Trucept has over 20 operating subsidiaries under the corporate umbrella.

Just a friendly reminder, no one "randomly" goes out of their way to Private Message people to "warn" them. The OTC is a cut throat business and their are many unsavory people. These people have ulterior motives and hidden agendas. None of which are to help others.

Thank you for the summary. Most have misconstrued this information and if anything, this is a positive for TREP as they have already reported their liabilities. If they get a win here their liabilities will decrease. Great things coming here from a company that is on the rise.
