Supreme court reversing BK will need real change in entire direction of the original document which led to conclusion in lower court. I wish SC could reverse BK, but looking at what we have gone through and all the other factors with lenders, it looks very little hope that BK will be reversed.
But if that does happen, warrants will go for a quick run and as there are still 145K warrants shorted, which is equivalent to 1.45M shares, covering will ignite a quick run. After the initial run, hype will die down and stay down until company gets some real numbers to start showing gold production.
With number of recruits going on, I also think that there has been some real progress on the ground, that is what will determine the real direction. If BK gets reversed, we should get shared and % of the company based on company's actual valuation not by Randy's false valuation.
