The bk won’t get reversed - there has been too many deals and payments - but I guess the common stock cancellation could be reversed. Unsure of that statement but....
My pressing question is:
How does a management team with 8.1m shares between them just walk away without so much as a peep let alone a fight? Their shares were worth 364m at their peak. Yet we own far less, even Brian - and thanks to him we are still in the fight - owns, what is it a 1000 shares or something and a heck of a lot more warrants fights tooth and nail? This doesn’t add up.....
This bk stinks. Pescio walked away from 4.5m Shares... I know he’s wealthy but he’ll be in the poor house if he carries in that way.
