I think no-one would an a priori assertion of success before the CTAD presentation . Many may do that post hoc.

We better do a very good job of defining what, "WORKS" means before too long. I expect we will certainly show signs that we have bent the curve w/A2-73. I believe the historical data will be very encouraging on a scale by comparison to decades (proof by trial) failures. We will not see a 1 or a 0 IMO and we need to get ready to live w/defining shades of gray better.

On the other hand, IMO many happy patients will present evidence of stability on a regression curve and for them and theirs that is excellent news. The lessons learned by cancer patients who go through periods of remission should not be lost. We already know that A2-73 does not help everyone, so extending that curve we should see some who are recovered and doing very well while others are still working at it. The most encouraging thing is that we will see evidence that AD IS TREATABLE , it can be stabilized and other CNS diseases will be/are also. Trust the process.

I am hopeful that BP will look at AVXL and begin to drive deals allowing us all to move faster and that will lead to explosive sp growth.

Very few people are expecting such news.

It is 15 min presentation - most likely will go like previous conferences. AVXL will be lucky to get mention in one or two reputed journals.
