Yes, they are not going to be locked up after 180 days but it doesn't mean that holders (including Stanley Brothers) are going to sell them automatically to the market especially if they would like to maintain control over the company.
You are running into exactly same risk of insiders selling into the market here like Mona with his son and Dowling dumping their CVSI shares.
Exact same risk. Is Mona going to dump? You don't know.. but most likely not.. I apply exact same reason here for insiders.
