Not kidding.. I would not be able to invest into most of the stocks especially the ones right after IPO if I was looking solely into fully diluted or authorized which may happen but surely it may NOT happen.. or happen in 5 or 10 years..
Just keep eyes open on Form 4s and reevaluate strategy if you see insiders selling heavily .. but as of now OS is 17M and I'm willing to bet it stays like this for a long time..
