He is not pretending, only stating the fact.. there IS only 17M outstanding.
Sure enough whoever moved TRLY to pps $300 didn't look at their fully diluted..
Plus, I'm pretty confident that Stanley Brothers are going to hold their shares to keep control over the company that they founded.
I'm willing to take risk that shares are going to be locked up for a long time here.
