I think he forgets what he says in his various court filings that contradict other statements he's made - and they all WILL be used against him in the sequel. As evidence he was the de facto CEO and control person at NTEK all along. Surplus evidence (cumulative), butt an admission nonetheless.

Care to reveal this 'just heard' source? That's a pretty serious charge that I think would have some public documents somewhere.
Plus we don't know if this claim is related to nanosux or his private family.
