In my opinion, board games is a great, fairly inexpensive way to be entertained. Cafes could see a little less biz, but where else can you pay a cover of $8 and be welcome all day? We aren't recession proof just like any business in the entertainment sector. But are we a great place to have fun on a budget? I think so

Wasn't the all-time classic board game Monopoly developed during the Depression????
