If he missed this filing after having 90 days + the extension, I would agree... but they’ve had 30 days to complete the biggest growth they’ve ever witnessed in their entire life... why is that not a DAMN GOOD reason for taking a bit longer?

They won’t be penalized in any way shape or form. The only thing it affects are shareholder emotions
