Fla, statistically the way this has traded since the suspension with a 3 BILLION share float CANNOT BE OVERLOOKED by even the the most knowledgeable because in reality it would be a FIRST! SPCL being a penny stock is completely irrelevant and without a doubt, there are shareholders of the 98% still holding that know MORE than you think you do and have done enough homework and financial and legal consulting than to commit to a stock and place numerous large bids in excess of 35 million shares even after the one year anniversary of the “on or about January 31, 2017” filings were supposed to come out and the delinquency problem they were in. Smart money DOES NOT overlook RED FLAGS like that but here they did here! What does that tell you and how can it not have been considered intentional to withhold even current filings to massage the SEC? Any guesses why declaring bankruptcy never came about?
